I drove somebody else to the John Flynn Hospital this morning, past the street of cottages and flats that I have mentioned before.
The little hand written sign has gone; and has been replaced by a professionally painted sandwich board on the footpath. I didn't quite catch it, but it looked like there was a business name as well.
So, what I had in mind is that there must be 100,000's, perhaps millions of people who are willing to pay $35 for a Brazilian. My sense is that there are likely as many people, perhaps more, who are willing to pay at least that for the opportunity to deliver one. This repeats forever. No labour costs. No overheads.
There has to be a business plan in there somewhere.
I appreciate that the whole Brazilians thing, along with the static price, has held your imagination for some time, Geoff; however, you know the adage about putting all your eggs in one basket ... so I'd be more confident about a business plan that also included, for example, Sicilians and Indians and Malaysians.
