Faux Sorry

Example of a non-intrusive photograph.

Remember way back when, like, four whole days ago, when we were empathizing with Angelina Jolie over how bad she feels about exposing her freshly purchased son to the intrusive lens of the world?

It went something like this:

“Photographs and press coverage will make (Pax) upset. I'm very worried about that. I would like to say I'm sorry for bringing this into Pax's life."

However, not so worried that she wouldn’t whisk him from an orphanage in Vietnam straight into a multi-picture photo shoot with Hello magazine, for a cool couple of $$million.

'Scuse me while I go and puke in disgust.

  1. Yes, I am definitely in two minds about putting the picture up, and only did so because I figure, like me, you won't be purchasing Hello magazine, and won't get to see dozens of photo's of Angelina's accessories - all three of them. The biological child was not included in the shoot.

What on earth goes on in that woman's head eh?

What does motherhood mean to her, really?
Is it all a big game to her?

Are these the dolls that she never had in childhood?

    (Kath shakes head in bewilderment!)

  3. Holy crap so its just her adoptive children and NOT her biological child?!?!?!
WTF?!?! I mean really that kid (the bio child) is going to have major f-ing issues when it gets older.
Maybe she should adopt off the biological child, would probably have a much better childhood that way.

  4. Ah, a circular adoption program?

Yes! She could breed white children to be adopted out to loving families, while she continues to acquire her foreign accessories.

Every time I give this woman the benefit of the doubt, which one is inclinded to to, I end up with whiplash.

I read some quotes from her latest Hello interview, and she has a habit of attributing adult qualities and even motives to her adopted tykes. Of the new one she gushes about what a strong person his is to be able to move to a new country, with a new family, to have to learn a new language, etc. Very strange. Was he given a choice?! Was he consulted?!

Yes, the bio is going to need serious theraphy when she grows up.

  5. I liked this suggestion so much, that I was moved to set up a charity organisation.
